Fred Perry was born in May 1909 died in Feb 1995. He was a British Tennis player and former #1. He won 10 Majors including 8 Grand Slams & 2 Pro Slam tournaments aswell as 6 Major doubles trophies. Perry won '3-Peat' Wimbledon Tournaments 1934-1936. 

Perry was the first player to win a 'Carear Grand Slam' winning all four singles titles at the age of 26. In the late 1940's Perry made his own branded sweat bands. From there they started manufacturing Tennis Polos. In the 1950's the brand became very popular in the English fashion market. This jacket is very cool can be worn for an ocassion.
